Their computers NEVER update, leaving you with deliquent bills from 6 months ago, unpayed.
Their staff are a bunch of fucking clueless idiots that believe everything they read on their
computer screens. They NEVER send you bills on time or AT ALL, then they cut your services for non-payment, even though you haven't seen your own statement, and our "Bell One" statement doesn't exist! WE GET THREE SEPERATE BILLS FOR ALL UTILITIES, HAVE BEEN FOR 2 1/2 YEARS! IT DOESN'T EXIST!
THEY ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS! Bunch of fucking amatures. You'd think with the amount of Indian ppl they hire they'd have shit like "computers" updated and under control. What a fucking joke!

CANCEL ALL YOUR SERVICES WITH BELL AND SWITCH TO VIDEOTRON BEFORE THEY SINGLE HANDEDLY RUIN YOUR CREDIT PERMANENTLY!

The same thing happened to me...
they changed my billing after frauding my bank account for $700 (long story) and didn't bill me for 4 months!!
then they cut my service on monday and i spent 12 hours on the phone with them this week... only to get frustrated and cancel my account.
now i have no internets and i'm clueless as to who to sign on with now (videotron is very expensive for high bandwith users like myself)??
my phone is with bell too...
and as soon as the iphone 3gs is back in stock i'm switching everything from bell and never dealing with them again.
i spoke with a fido rep the other day and apperently every customer service agent there gets an average of 30 calls a day from bell costumers who want to switch as well.
which brings me to the question...
why the fuck are these idiots still in buisness???

Well from what I heard their price are dictated by the crtc and if they lose enough customer they will be able to get away from the crtc, then price what ever they want without having to pass by the crtc.

But that just what I have heard could be bogus, but when you see them act like they do it makes me think it could be right.

But I have to say I don't know if it's true or not.

Yeah, I have no complaint towards them either. I never call them since they've never fucked up my invoice. And my service is never down as opposed to *cough* the company I work for.

And you'd think a company as big as Bell would have a decent billing infrastructure but I guess they haven't stolen enough cash from their clients to afford that yet. In fact, Bell suck so much at EVERYTHING, they suck at making profits and, well, they even suck at concealing the fact they're ripping off clients and they're just a bunch of discombobulated departments that can't pull their act together enough to even remotely seem half-assed about offering decent products.

If Alexander Graham Bell was still alive today, he'd die of shame from having such a shitty company bearing his name.

We do. It's their word against ours, all the time. Their computers don't update when bank payments are made, and they assume you haven't payed for months. I'm not just gonna take some assholes word for it that I owe them "X" amount of dollars, I want my motherfucking statement. It's that simple.
And I want it on time, not on the 14th of every month.

It's all too late anyways, we're cancelling everything on monday. They fucked us for the last time.

We can receive incoming calls on our phone, but can't check our messages or call ppl back. It's fucking ridiculous. We're the ones paying them their salaries, and they have the audacity to cut us for 100 outstanding dollars. Ridiculous.

i had problems with videotron back in the day of those old samsung modems...
got a 300$ bandwith charge and canceled on the spot.
i heard they cleaned up there act a lot though... so i'm considering taking the hit.
but... $50 a month + tax for 30 gigs up and down is fuckin' ridiculous.

Ma Bell's got the ill communication..

i had a slight problem with videocon when i first went with them; they were sending me electronic bills instead of printed ones, by the time i figured they weren't sending me anything, i called and realized my bill was in the hundreds.. i told the lady isn't wasn't my fault their company was desperate for cash, but it was their fault i hadn't paid yet :P

long story short, i payed up a bit every month, on my own terms 'cause i don't take shit from big companies, and i'm still with 'em and my bill is at 0.

i've given enough money to Bell. since their irritating beaver ad campaign, i ditched 'em and never looked back.

At least if you paid some you would have your banking info linked to the account number you use for online banking as a grounds for a case.
Just with holding all funds and expecting service seems ridiculous. Im not for Bell but opn the other hand if you bills are usually say 50 but your not sure what it is month to month you shouod call in and fix the shit and in the mean time at least put 50 on knowing the bill will at least be mimmum that amount. [this is just an example]
it will also help you maintain a good credit score since telecommunication bills do effect your credit rating
