| I agree with Place des arts for a great area... then all going into the metro to head towards, say, Mont-Royal station. Imagine trains full of dancing people, confusing the Krishnas and whatnot ;)
We could make it weirder if everyone wore something distinctive, or wore meat hats....
PS: Wouldnt it be weird to walk into a silent club where everyone had headphones on (including the DJ?) and all you heard was some talking? |

| that is cool. each year there is also the blackkat mayday party at tompkins park and people are very peaceful and even if the bass is pounding mad the cops don't seem to care much.. but yeah.. nyc is nyc..a kind of country in an other country :(! but i'm sure in mtl this kind of thing could be organized. like you do it at place des arts.. if everybody is peaceful and stay in silent..dancing is no crime. not yet. 0_oi hope?!!
mais cette idee est geniale.. the only thing is that i would have difficulty to connect with people around because we would not listen the same music.. it's very individualist.. mais en meme temp tres interessant de voir le peuple se reaproprier l'espace public pour aucune raison politique particuliere. c'est unifiant je suppose
union square was one of my fav place in nyc.. it is a very busy park..there's so much stuff going on there during w-e because of the market.. it must have been super fun! |
