However there are some combination that shouldn't be wearing depending on the social context. You wouldn't be wearing a bridesmaid gown at a funeral, or you training sweats at work. But wearing white socks after Labour Day isn't a social taboo. So suck it. |

I have to dissagree there, just because people choose to care about how they look when they go out does not mean that they are less creative, artistic or deserve to be the first to die. In fact caring about how you look doesnt mean anything at all when it comes to anything at all. Some people just care, some people care a lot and some people care very little. Now, if I were to say that people who dont care about how they dress should be the first to die, when whatever senario takes place where what you wear determines when you die because of their unkept hair and wrinkled clothes, that would sound pretty rediculous. Kinda like saying the opposite is totally fucking rediculous. i agree with both of u. but i think being creative is less the question than being productivly creative. some of my friends are very intelligent and have creative personality but they still take 2 hours/day for prepare therself/make-up + the time passing shopping and wondering what's look good on them! so it's time that they don't pass making some music, photo or editing.. but it's true they look fantabulously creatively good! but it's true that it's mean anything and it's wrong to judge someone by the fact of if they care or not.. maybe you think this person care so much because you saw them only in club/party but the rest of the time they are jeans/hoodie sans maquillage type? everybody is different, have different values and their own reasons. |
