| C'est pas vrai qu'il n y a pas eu de vol durant l'inondation au Saguenay...sans etre aussi violent bien sur que ce qui se passe en nouvelle orleans, il y avait a l epoque une fausse ligne telephonique mise sur place pour ramasser des fonds pour aider les inondés....argent qui ne s est en fait jamais rendu a ces gens puisque c etait un scam... |

because the poor people who weren't able to leave (for example, no mode of transportation) are of majority black.
new orleans had alot of slums and ghettos filled with black people. |
