i can't imagine this happening to our city. everything we know would be gone, our belongings, our homes, our neighbourhood. it's the end of these people's lives as they knew it. most people are going to have to start from scratch. |

Yea, New orleans is below sea level and its surrounded by lakes and rivers so the water has nowhere to go. The roof of the stadium even blew off and theres no electricity or water there. On sunday they said the strength of the hurricane was going to be so powerful it could even knock over sky scrapers.. Scary stuff. |
