| Coolness: 166680 | i never got e-coli, and i don't plan on getting it in the future either. i do WASH, for your information. all cases of e-coli i have heard of happened in cities when their super cool 'water treatement centers' failed to do their jobs. cause you know our culture somehow thinks it's ok to shit in water and put other chemicals in it too.
when you shit in the earth not only it makes food for the trees (aka fertilizer, compost), but also the water stays clean, assuming you know and follow certain rules about where to dig a shitter (the rain water drains in the earth and goes back to the rivers and we don't want shit bacteria in the rivers, so we must keep it far from the surface water sources. when it's filtered by the earth on a certain distance there is no trace of shit in the water... same system as the 'water treatement centers'). and also i must say that i came across one of these centers while i was skiing last winter... and they stink really bad, they don't smell just like shit, they smell like pollution... |
