here's some food for thought:

god supposedly created the world in 6 days, rested on the 7th.

There is no reference at all, ever to any dinosaurs anywhere in the bible. All living creatures were in existance at the same time as humans.

For this problem to be possible...dinosaurs must have been created in a large mass amount on one day...and then completely wiped out the next day. And then after, humans were created. Because we know that humans never existed in the same time as dinosaurs.

We all know it's not possible for any entire species to be wiped out in a day. thats just silly.

someone once argued with me that an entire species CAN be wiped out in a day because its god, he/she can do anything.

okay, but how do you account for the millions of years that different dinosaurs were alive at different times?

i guess the question that remains is are dinosaurs fact or fiction?

i'm on the "against" god side of the debate...

however, i do believe that the implications in that quote from genesis were that we were an image...not an exact copy...therefore all our faults vs. the perfectness of god.

refer to plato's theory of the perfect forms....all things are images of their perfect forms...a circle for example...

yup.

interesting topic.

i think its a cool idea and i agree for the most part with poisoned candy, but i don't think it would work.

although while you are high SOME things may seem like they make sense....but in reality, they don't. Ever try writing down what you are experiencing/think about while under the influence of psychedelics/entheogens?
when you are sober...its jibberish.

i think maybe in the future with some alteration of the drug there could be a possibility.

but for now, its too unorganized. remember that you ARE high, you may gain some enlightenment in your mind, but you also lose a lot of your regular reasonable thinking abilities.

antidepressants don't cause suicide.
but they certainly don't help the problem.

really, what they do, is temporarily while under the influence of the drug alter the chemicals in your brain.
they don't solve the problem...they just temporarily fix it.
and like all other drugs, illegal or not, they have many side-effects.

depending on whether you are just depressed or have bi-polar manic depression there are various things to do. most people that are just depressed go to the doctor and are told that they have bi-polar...but they don't. if its just depression, you'll get over.

if bi-polar, well,
i do know that if you take sufficient amounts of vitamins that naturally build up chemical balances...it can help.

To whoever said something about the Deftones...

I saw them i think it was either 1999 or 2000, with Incubus and Taproot at the Air Canada Centre.

That show was SICK. Deftones played 7 words and in the mmiddle of the song they cut to a cover of "say it ain't so" by Weezer...and tjhen went back to 7 Words...it was wicked.

I do believe they are back in Toronto soon.

as for parties....i just dance...i don't care how anyone else dances either man...s'all good.

i just originally stated it cause it's an easy link for anyone that knows people in toronto.

luna one,

but yeah....good dancer doesn't have to mean a popper or whatever....
it would be interesting to see what the styles are like in montreal.

i went to one club the weekend i was in [ montreal...ca ] Aria...
nobody there could dance. i met maybe one or two guys that were aight.

hey people
i'm from Toronto and i came across this site while searching.

i party a lot in toronto so theres a high chance that if any of you party there, you will know people that i know especially if you know good dancers (poppers, tutters, liquiders).

i came here cause i went to montreal 3 months ago and loved it there....so i'm thinking of possibly moving there come next summer.
i figured maybe i'd get to know some partiers from montreal.
