Anyone Looking For A Place?

| As a result of one of my roommates leaving, I now have an extra bedroom in my place. If you move in you will be sharing it with me and one other guy who's almost never around. We're pretty chill so you will be able to smoke cigs and pot in moderation and have people over, as long as u dont make too much noise.
the place: nice 6 1/2 with a backyard. its kinda old but has alot of character.
the location: just off mont-royal between st laurent and st denis (right near metro mont-royal)
the rent: 265$ plus utlities. yes its a steal at this price given the current rent situation
