I think CUTTERHEAD needs to come to terms with their own insecurity and move on.

Genders are not as dual as we think they are. Many people are born "in between" and are "assigned genders" by the doctor when they are born. Nature is not a black/white thing... it's a sliding scale. Non-heterosexuality is completely normal and natural and humans are the only animals who have managed to create religious dogmas against it.

Everyone should ask themselves: Is that person's non-heterosexuality hurting me? Is their non-heterosexuality hurting others? No! Then get over it, and stop spreading hate.

I have to disagree with you there! The reason why there are so many successful professional people of Jewish heritage is not because of their religion. How many orthodox Hassidic Jews do you see as scientists/doctors etc? NONE. It's the secular non-religious Jews who are. (for example, my family)

Jews had a difficult last few hundred years, and are used to having to try very hard to get anywhere. Now that they are on an even footing with everyone else when it comes to being able to get jobs, have the opportunities that everyone else does... it's expected that they'll do very well because it's now in their traditional upbringing to push hard to succeed.

It's the same thing with oriental people coming here and doing well in school. It's not because of religion. It's because things are more competitive in Asia, so when they come here they are used to trying hard to succeed and taking school very seriously.

There's a reason why my IB classes were 90% asian and jewish males. It's not because asians, jews, or males are smarter than non-asians/jews/males.. it's because that's who's pushed to succeed.

Oh n I'm pretty sure I knew I was omnisexual when I was 8 years old. I may have been a growing kid with a lot of hormones going through me but that didn't change the fact that I was comprehending the fact that am attracted to all genders. Saying that someone can't understand or know something that important when they are young is not very fair. I know that we change and grow and our ideals and ways change... but there are some things that you can be very certain on, even at that age. If you're a girl in a guy's body, that is one of those things.

I don't know the specifics of their surgery or if it's good or bad that she got it done young.. so I can't say if I think she should have waited a couple more years or not. For all I know, it could be a good thing that she did it early. I know that some surgeries are best done as young as possible so that the person's body can develop with the changes.

Screwhead: THEY DID NOT INTERVIEW ME.

They filmed a pro-Israel rally. They weren't interviewing any Jews who don't agree with Israel's actions (like me).

People generally do what they are programmed into (Jews are taught from birth that we have a God given right to Israel, that everyone else is out to get/terrorize us, etc etc). It's not the individual Jews' faults, just the system itself.

I love my mother dearly, she is one of the most loving and caring people you would every meet. She also believes in Israel (though she's not 100% happy with what the government is doing there now) and doesn't understand why I'm so against Zionism. She's been programmed.

Lol. Very true. I snuck out to go to my first rave at 15. Out of the window and into a car and everything... lol... even gave my mom the number of my friend's cell so that if she tried to call "my friend's home I was sleeping over at", we could answer it in the bathroom and say goodnight :P

Aw, we were cute.

I don't really know how I feel about the porn issue itself, but...

I think that just out of respect, threads that are "NSFW" should have that stated at the top of them specifically. Just out of respect. This isn't a porn site, I don't think it should be flooding around everywhere in here.

Blisss - I generally agree with you about plur but not all drug dealers and not all drugs are evil. I think some create more problems than others, and lack of education about substances doesn't help. But if someone comes by offering me some acid, I'll say "no thank you" but I'm not going to be like "YOU RUINED PLUR!".

caro - peace, love, unity, and respect are all practical and reasonable things that go on in the world on a regular basis. They are all useful things that make sense to experience with or without drugs. I think it's wonderful to have those 4 positive things as a motto for a scene. You can appreciate it high or sober. Just because something is positive does not make it realistic, since those things are a part of reality. Of course the negative things exist too, but everyone already knows that. We might as well encourage the positive parts of reality. The good energy we share on the dance floor can flow out with us into the real world after the party is over too.

If someone can't appreciate those four things when they are sober, maybe there's a problem with the person, and not a problem with the motto/acronym.

This site is not closed off to minors, nor is the rave scene. Whether I think that it's OK for minors to see porn or not is irrelevant. What matters is that parents etc can see that their kids are on a site like this, get all upset, and forbid them from going to raves because of it. Who knows, it could even get in the news that raves are dangerous for one more reason. Have you never seen a news report of raves being bad for one reason or another?

I don't think this is the right place for porn.

BLASPHEMY. How can you not allow poi at a "rave". If people are packed in so tightly, get a bigger venue. If you are that big of a promotion company that you sell a billion tickets for a big sweatfest, might as well have some cool platforms for hula people and poi dancers.

Yes you can haz some banana split.

When I said danger/violence I meant when raves are stereotyped as places where people get stabbed etc, when it almost never happens, especially compared to the bar scene.

I think this is a reasonable thing for Blisss to be concerned with. It's a very serious thing to tell people that someone is a dealer when they are not. It can cause problems in that person's life that are more serious than just a stupid prank.

Some people really need to learn some hard life lessons before fucking with others like that again.

They rob you/force their drugs on you at Bal en Blanc? Hmm I go to raves to dance, not grind. Cuddle puddles are grand but meaningless dance-floor jizz sessions aren't as appealing to me.

I just thought of something else raves are stereotyped with: danger, violence. It's such crap. For every raver that gets hurt/killed per capita, I guarantee it happens 50 times more often in the bar scene. In several years I have been to one party where someone got hurt, ONE. I go to a variety of parties, the vast majority of which have little or no alcohol. I've done a lot of street performing for the bar crowd in different cities and I've seen so much idiotic drunken violence that it's not funny anymore (at first I thought it was hilarious).

No I wouldn't freak out, or run... I'd probably spin some poi and try to make the best of it.

The only things I get into conflict over (but not necessarily freak out) are: enjoyment and promotion of cruelty, homophobia, racism, etc, someone trying to jack me or anyone else, and people literally forcing their drugs on others.

Even if my bike gets stolen, I stay calm. I just hunt down the crackhead who did it, and rob it back. No freaking out necessary. There's usually no point in having a fit. Being in a big crowd of idiots is not a good enough reason for me to go nuts and kill someone, or else I'd do that every day. XD

An anarchaic breakdown of law/society WOULD be a good reason to kill someone though. :D And if someone took my vegan banana split:
