This was my 4th year in a row going to Wemf and probably the best one so far :D
It was really well organised and i liked the set-up of the venue ; it kinda reminded me of the Bobcaygeon venue with the big open camping area , and the big hangars ( as well as the outdoor stage ) worked out great in my opinion . It got kinda hot if you were inside for a long time but there was always room to dance and get through the crowd , and no line-ups to get inside so you didnt hafta miss out on catching anyones set. Security was really friendly this year too which was a nice change from last year , as well as having 2 sets of actual washrooms with flushing toilets and sinks( one of the, being in the main room ). We got to check out Wasaga Beach all saturday afternoon which was the best way i can think of to spend a sweaty saturday afternoon @ Wemf.

I spent most of my time in the hardcore room which had slammin good music all weekend long , it was never overly full which left lotsa room to dance and at a few points it wasnt very full at all , but as someone else and i agreed on the ppl that were in there had come for their hardcore and it showed.
The sets i remember the most from the weekend are Or-Beat , Lord Tekken , Delirium , Lenny Dee ( i think it was him that played "Happy Is For Homos" ), Ext ( yay Ottawa !! ) , Madam Zu , Chris Liberator , Dave The Drummer and Lab-4 ( every time i see them i remember why i love them so much , they get SO into their sets thrashing around and literally hanging off their stage-set-up )
And as always the vibe was fan-fuckin-tastic !! i re-met a load of ppl from previous Wemfs + parties , saw alot of familiar faces , met alot of really awesome ppl that came from really far away , and met a few big groups of ppl that came came from Mtl/Qc.

i know there was at least a few ravewavers there , so i hope to see some more reviews on here :)
