I'm so worried about "burning" the place, but there were actually two VERY successful parties on 4:20 week-end. Location had never been used, and the April 20th party actually had to relocate there because the first venue fell through.

Police came and went both night, leaving the party going. Two garage doors on each end means it's as safe as a rave venue will ever be.
