finally our crew was complete for the whole night...seemed that everything turned out right in the end. i couldnt stop dancing...my friedns had to drag me out at 10:30AM for sure the sound was pretty shitty, but props to everyone that came to have fun. mad fun at the party. props to seb's set...actually i heard like half of it, but tis was great. mini rocked my world, needed electro fix. juniah, like always. mmmmm...hard trance was great. the happy hardcore...i fuckn missed all the good tracks and heard all the shitty ones. wtv....good fuckn times. |

| Coolness: 133595 | twas good except for the maze of curtains tied together with duck tape. all in all twas a good party becaus security was not around much. danced a lot at the start but died down later on, left after donn'ys set at 5:30.
thanks to tipsy and kafwin for having us and getting us all there in one piece. Nice to see Olee even if he was sitting on the floor most of the time. Got a cd from someone, cant wait to hear it. mwah. julie, you look fat, but good fat except for the bow. just got to see tons of people i never see. ill be sure to frequent mtl more often. |

 Coolness: 48200 | I agree with everyone that the sound quality was bad. But you gotta give props to the promoters. It's hard to set up that much stuff in so little time and rock a BINGO HALL like that. This party was promoted very well.
As far as DJ's getting upset over not having perfect sets, remember... there is no such thing as a perfect set. Especially with sound like that. Even if you played the smoothest set ever, its still gonna sound like a trainwreck. Best thing you can do is just work with it and laugh. In fact, One of the highlights of my night was when tyrant was rocking the house, and then accidentaly ejected a CD while it was playing. See normally this would be a nightmare for a DJ, but at this party it sounded good because you could hear the main room DJ playing over the silence. U know what ? It happened in my set also ... At my 5th track, i was all confused on what was playing and i took the needle off the record that was playing out ...ouch ! It was like a happy hardcore punch for u could hear the room right next ... Still felt stupid ...LOL |
