I'd only heard Devine's record on Six-Sixty-Six before I got out here... but when we went record shopping he was looking for old Mills records. It's pretty funny 'cause he'd only prepared a 40 minute set and was surprised that he was slotted for an hour - so Takeshi Muto came out and joined him for the last 20 minutes and they dropped a bunch of improv breakbeats. Sick.

hahahaha

and so sarcasm is now flying over YOUR head.

i don't party, i don't grade my taste in music by numbers or dates. you can keep bloating your ego with all this "i've been here longer than you, so i'm better than you" crap, But i'm gonna keep giving you shit for it.

and telling me i should be ashamed that i spin on cds just shows how shallow you really are towards electronic music.

Yeah, considering 2 of the smoothest DJs I've ever heard spin CDs, it's soooooo horrible! Oh my god, he can keep 2 songs on beat for longer than DJs who use vinyl, HE MUST SUCK!

nfrm: as far as I knew, people who spun cds usually download tracks off the internet and burn them. soooo technically speaking, people who do that rip the original musicians off. isn't that why americans are being sued for music sharing?

No, just you for downloading MP3s and spinning CDs made from them.

Obviously, your inferior to everyone; "real" DJs who use vinyl, "real" ravers who have been partying for years on end, people with "taste" in music because you don't listen to the same stuff as this person.

I think your just going to have to live with the fact that this person is better than you. 'cause, like, it's totally obvious that this person is better than EVERYONE who's been partying for less than 5-6 years and knows more about music than anyone else.

And hey, if "ripping musicians off" is such a big deal, what's up with all these DJs who spin other people's music? Don't these people have any tallent? Paying for records is like renting tallent from people who have more than you.

Maybe, I honestly don't know either of them....I just heard one set from Denham recorded in Switzerland.....maybe you heard it....it starts with an MC introducing him "From the American Techno capital....Jay Denhaaaaaaaaam!" and then it starts pretty heavily......yeah, no?
