then i had to get some herbs for friends. and then i was out the door at like 10... im like: meh no big deal ill wait in line for 30-40 and ill get in. the fucking 15 sud was closed down... so we hate to make detours and shit... then find a parking place... next time im taking the bloody metro. so i get there at like 11 30 and see a line of about 3 blocks... no way i was gonna wait... so i kinda steped inside the line ( sorry guys ) and got in only after beeing in like 15 min. once inside i knew it was gonna get very very hot. let me put it this way... the lower the ceiling the less air. plus the main room was getting packed very very fast... so im like fuck this im going upstairs. once upstairs it was better. more room. the heat was not a major concern to me... dancing space was... so pretty much all night i stayed on the second floor... i was gonna go down to see all the big names but i had to will to wait in line 30 min before going down in the crowded lil room... i dont care if i didnt see the big names... i was very happy with seeing iznogood. he knows how to make me happy... always trying to get me off beat by i pretty much always on time... iznogood made my night... i was talking with him after his set for a brief moment... until a fucking BEST gorrila came and showed me away... fucking gorrila! does anyone know a way i could get in touch with iznogood? |

 Coolness: 238685 | Man was a i glad that i showed up @ 10:30 pm to get into line. By 11 pm the line was around the cornor. Waited with friend for about 45 minutes or so until we got in. Was not too happy to see that i could not bring in my bag(this put a damper on what i was wearing. I had different pants under my other pants...no where to take off them too:() The trance room was packed and got even more packed as the night went ton. I did venture upstiars, but everyone knows trance is my favorite music. I guess i was lucky that i did not get trapped upstairs when sercurity stopped peeps from comng downstairs for 2 hours or so. The music was wicked. Astro projection was wicked and same for Norstum. I danced my skinny ass off for most of the night. I have to say that dancing in that elevator was funny. The heat was sick!!!! I had a feeling that this party would be over slod...which it looked like it was. The sercurity was nice and friendly( nice to see for a change). My biggest problem was finding a place where i could dance comfortably with out the fear of hitting someone.
Was great seeing Fred, Nimi, Hether, Miller, Sofia, Noha, Arianne, charlie, Gay Steve and others. The light show was fun for how they set it up The vunue was wicked , but the trance room should have been upstairs , but that is just my option. all in all i had fun. |

 Coolness: 85070 | K this was the first really big rave that I have been too. I had to take it easy on the drugs cause of a paper due early this weak so I only took a ¼ of a speed. I liked the drum and base room and danced my ass off for a good long time in there with some fucking wicked dancers and some old co-workers too... I also really liked the Ottawa VIP room that I discovered with my friend Amanda. It consisted of a fort build out of couches and windowsills all covered in white veils. I saw so many people that I knew but I wasn’t really able to talk cause half the time I was their I was coming down off the speed… the being really sweaty was also no fun!…
I think that this party was well pulled off and could have fit most of the people their inside had they gone upstairs… but then their would have been no room to sit… if only they had opened another room… the trance room should have been bigger. I always hear the same d’n’b dj’s I wish their were more of a change up… people were great especially the friendly Ottawa kids Wish I talked to people more but I couldn’t Nice to see Christina, Toby, Pat, Nimi, Fred, Sophia, Kafwin, Tiptip, Mike, Paul, Charlie, Amanda, Ariane, Heather, Melissa, V, pookie etc etc. I agree with heather their should have been a ravewave meet-up but whatever next time I guess… Also the girls were mad hot at that party but sadly I didn’t have the presence of mind to talk to them… |

besides the fact that there was no space to walk from one end of the room to the other was kind of a piss off, but it was still fun to see astral projection play again. kool to see everybody...i was alittle craked out and really didnt talk that much the whole night. good party all togeather... except for the sound... it was way too loud, i felt my head vibrating the whole night from the bass |

| Coolness: 42385 | HUm beside waiting in line for 5 hours and paying 45 bucks when my other friend right in front of me paid 35 and the one behind paid 60...It was a great party. NEOPHYTE took it all. It still blows my mind off! I loved the show. There was alot of people but considering it was downtown, I wont complain. Props to Speaker Phreaker that cracked out a really fucking good booty set in the morning:) I loved it:)

voici mes commentaires.... SCREAM était pour être le meilleur rave et le meilleur line up que j'ai jamais vu en 10 ans de Rave... à la dernière minute la salle à changée.. (selon les rumeurs ça devait être au Forum Pepsi...c'Est ce qu'Astral Projection avaient marqué sur leur site) est-ce que cela fut une bonne idée ??? reste à savoir... La salle était écoeurante !!! les éclairages complétements débile !!! la musique était en s'en arracher la face et se peter la tête sur les murs et avoir un orgasme musical le plus intense du siècle ! bref.... TOUT les éléments était parfait.......... MAIS !!!!!!!!! oui il y a un gros gros MAIS !!! MAIS !! voici les erreurs ultimes: AU grand jamais la salle Trance aurait du être en bas... car 1- Cétais, à vu d'oeil, la plus petite salle de la soirée (ou presque si on la compare à la salle Drum and bass)....Mais cétais la salle ou à jouer ASTRAL PROJECTON !!!!!!! pis en plus... elle étais devant la porte d'entrée !!! donc morale de l'histoire... à 1 am il y avais déja une tonne de monde qu'on pouvais même pu danser...en plus vu que le monde entrait ben il essayait de se frayer un chemin dans cette masse de monde...donc on se fonçait dedans...morale de l'histoire quand tu est dans ta bulle entrain de monter au 7e ciel et que tu te fait foncer dedans ben tu as le gout de casser la gueule à tout le monde autour de toi !!! alors...au lieu de faire ça...j'ai décidé de manquer Astral Projection......le groupe pour lequel j'allais à ce rave...en me disant que de toute façons THE HORRORIST étais censé jouer en même temps en haut au 2e étage dans l'immense salle !!! donc j'ai essayé de monter....ça prit 40 minutes !!! résultat je suis arrivé en haut et le show de THE HORRORIST était terminé.........donc morale de l'histoire........j'ai manqué les deux groupes pour lesquels j'allait à SCREAM !!!!!!! donc mon idée aurait été que vous auriez du mettre la salle trance et la salle hardcore en haut au 2e étage et la salle drum and bass (qui est resté pratiquement vide toute la soirée) en bas à [ m ] ça il y aurait pas eu une congestion de monde en bas...et des problèmes dans les escaliers......c dur de se retenir de pas pisser quand tu as bu 2 litres d'Eau pour pas mourir de désydratation....et que ça te prend 40 minutes aller au toilettes ! car elles étaient seulement au 2e étage.... non sérieux.......vraiment mais alors vraiment déçut par le fait que la salle trance et hardcore nétais pas en haut... ça aurait permis à tous le monde de pouvoir se promoner entre le show d'Astral Projection et de The horrorist... vu que déja l'idée que les deux jouent en meme temps était pas cool non plus... bref... et pour terminer...vu qu'on pouvais pas entrer avdc nos sac...il as fallut que jaille mettre mon costume et puis que je revienne reporter mes pantalons au vestiaire.... mais quand je suis reparti......mes pantalons n'étaient plus dans mon sac !!!!!! donc...j'ai perdu mes clefs de ma job qui coute...30 $ chaque.... donc au bout du compte ce party ma couter autour de 100 $ pis j'ai même pas vu Astral Projection et The horrorist....et j'ai passé le rave à vouloir assasiner du monde vu qu'on se faisait bousculer parce qu'il y avais TROP vous entendez TROP de monde !! c'Est beau vouloir faire du cash les gars !! mais quand même quand c'Est rendut que ça brise l'atmosphère...et la joie de ceux qui ont eux l'idée d'Acheter leur billet à l'avance !!! vous auriez du laisser entrer le monde qui avait leur billet en premier !!!! pis si il restait encore de la place dans votre capacité LIMITE ben vous auriez pu laisser entrer du monde qui avait pas leur billet... bref... espérons que vous appreniez de vos erreurs ! |

we got in line at like 11:00 and were in by about 12:00 max. first track i hear in the jungle room is called "bowser" - thats a pretty good way to start the night! capital j's set was my favourite of the party. neophyte was fucking awesome too. my friend nina got a double cd and the new record! the ottawa vip room kicked ass. it was in the jungle room in the far left corner, the place was closed off - but the door wasnt locked. we took a whole bunch of the extra sofas and made a fort. it was hilarious when security came in... they had a wtf look on their face. |
