Source Of Light's promoters got 'nuff bad critics on psyfreaks and stuff ...
And they lost LOTS of money ...

I think they know people didn't like it now ...

Token Torontonian message here... that's the longest time I've ever spent in a vehicle and the most I've ever had to pay for a rental and gas. All for.... what exactly? I think its been said and I'll generally agree with the 'dont kick em while theyre down' doctrine but COME ON... this was easily, by far, the shabbiest attempt at an outdoor party I've ever attended... something that even a hobo would call slack! Playing some nice tunes for people would have lessened the badness of this past weekend but I didn't even get to do that...

Argh.

Well, serves me right for thinking that Natura could be followed up on in any respectable fashion. Now that was a wicked event... lets hope ::TEKNIVAL:: this weekend is gonna be a blast! If you have no expectations you can't be disappointed, right?

Okay Seb, they lost money, but wasn't it supposed to go to a charity or something?

Are they bitching, 'Omg, the poor charity, what are we to do?'

The answer is no.

I really had fun... doing camping with my friends!
Drinking beer in Geronimo Village in the Vietnam, grilling sausages and mashmallows on our campfire, this was great..

the party.. well, it sucked. I know, it's an outdoor parties, but it was so disorganized, the sound was bad, only two toilets, site was kinda ugly and dangerous, djs were fighting to play on crappy equipment, etc etc. I didn't even want to play in theses conditions, so, instead, I drank beer and tried to enjoy some parts of the party, eh :)
Elseway, I think everything was said.

Can't wait until Eclipse, this party will sure rocks!

Isn't that the story with every festival? I'm saying that for a budget of $0 the collectives participating in Teknival showed how to throw a proper festival...

I could easily go into greater detail but why bother... I already know that you're supposed to go in and have a good time whatever you're doing, but why bother travelling to any festival when you can apparently find yourself a hole in the ground and have the best time of your life if you set yourself up for it? You might as well drill a hole in your skull and take up treypanning, right? ;)
