Words are just words, where nothing is forbidden. But we soon learn that our words are treat by others as if they were solidities: People react as if struck by sticks, stones or bullets. They hate or scold or ostracize or mock or even crucify you for what you say. Or they don't listen. Have we been freed to say "I love you" by having the permission to say? or whatever our poetry is suppose to sounds like at the moment?

learning to move on is a quality that can only be aquired through experience. accept what has happened in the past and learn to not be angry anymore. instead, learn from your mistakes, as this is best way to better yourself and your path in life. if you continue to be angry, obsessed, letting the pain and hurt seethe through your mind and your body... this only sets you back in time.
give yourself time to mourn, but by no means bottle up your feelings. deal with them, and move on. the pain and hurt will travel with you through your life and become a part of you, a part of your character, but it doesn't have to torture you. hone the emotions to propell yourself into better living and loving.
know that everything happens for a reason. don't allow yourself to be bitter, but don't run away.
the day that you realize that you are in control of your life is the best day of your life. |

| i truly know its not my place whatsoever to intrude, but ive been in shitty relationships as well and it was solely my fear of loneliness that kept me from breaking things off. From my perspective now i realize that those guys were cunts and would be half-way to Singapore before ever grekindling our dead flame... but while i was in the relationship no one could persuade me that the relationship was actually detrimental to my being, despite the sheer blatantcy of it. Unlike me you realized that things arent completely perfect, and if he makes you feel lousy on a more than infrequent basis... are you sure hes the best guy for you?
I know i dont know you... but it sux when you feel trapped in a relationship... or when something seems wonderful, but an underlying pain follows you throughout. |
