I know that i have one, and i know the basics of a VPN. For all i care, it works great and i can do stuff that i couldn't do without it ;) But if that's what you're asking, i'm not a network specialist ;)

Oh, and i assumed you have a VPN, although you may be using something else.

So just in case I didn't say anything about the F1 weekend :

Oki, I feel glad about anyone who was around the F1 that weeekend, all was nice, nothing bad happen, instead of that maybe we got a good F1 race for F1 fans and I hope most of the people who have any opinions against F1 gave it by a fair way. :)

Thanks people to let me and all the other persons saw the F1 that weekend, I did like so much my 1st F1 race live.
I'm feeling to be determined right now..

Suure, say that to the 30 or so people who were detained without just cause, or to that little boy who got scared and whose bag got seized by bully policemen...

Glad you had fun. But I wouldn't go so far as saying nothing bad happened that weekend.
I'm feeling chaotic! right now..

That kind of thing almost happen every weekend since the "mouvement du carré rouge" start...
So, I hope some stupid persons (including Police officers and cityzens) will stay home next time then all will be nice...

Well, I do hope you never need to stand up for your rights and have to face repression the likes of which has rarely been seen in Quebec since, say, Octobre 1970?

C'mon "repression" do you see any army guy came to knock anyone without any reason like Irak, Syria or any country that we can saw on news or the web ?
We don't saw any "real grenade" trow in the crowd or something we can call repression.

Yeah many stupid heck as the prime minister don't care enough of the population but...

I don't like to heard that Police officers are all bastards...
Some of them are fathers and maybe their childs are there and they want them free of any bad moments.

Maybe some of them were douchebags at school or maybe some nerdy who get all the shit then want's to make everyone pay for the old times... But they'r not all the same.

So c'mon, we're in a bad mood but not that "hell" situation.

We should do our best to clean the gov, we should push to get more from what we paid...

Just in case anyone don't know, our Gov charge us :

Wine : 60%
Champagne : 70%
"fort" : 120%
"très fort" : 130%
Beer, "Cidre" : 80%

And those taxes % aren't completed, that's the basic %...
Excluding Federal taxes... And Provincial Taxes...

We should check everythig, like construction, Schools (all kind) management, any gov department, hospital (who get billions...) etc...

This way, maybe we can offer free school, more healthcare, etc.

I Hope...

DUDE. Tu compares des pommes et des oranges. Des systèmes autocratiques / oligarchiques / autoritaires vs un état "démocratique", social-démocrate, progressiste..

Tu m'as entendu parler des policiers?

Etc.

Coupons dans le gras !
I'm feeling to be determined right now..

This message is immediately followed by a message talking about bringing arguments in an intelligent manner. WTF?

I mean, I know that modern-day Quebec and Pinochet-era Chile are two different realities, but the whole pot-banging part of the actual movement seems to me like a pretty nice way to protest in a country where freedom of speech allows people to protest without them having to riot against the police or army or whatever. I actually think that all those people banging on pots are the sign that the political life in Quebec is (at least) alive and I'd rather see that instead of bloodthirsty rioters turning the place into a warzone with REAL police interventions
and REAL political turmoil. Seen the riots in Greece last year?

With that vision, I really enjoy seeing a grandfather with his grandchildren banging on pots to protest a stupid law that wants to restrict their liberties because some dumbass, corrupted government is not able to deal with a bunch of students on strike without penalizing everyone's freedom of speech and reunion. So, well, yup, I encourage everyone to go bang on a pot if there's another occasion to do so collectively.

It's way better (according to me, of course), than to wake up one morning and get a plastic ball in the face because you didn't go bang on a pot when such a peaceful way of protesting was still an option. Of course, it's just me. If you like tear gas a lot, just wait, don't do nothing, at all costs DO NOT BANG ON A POT and one day, sooner than later I promise, you or your kids will have your lungs full of them.

I saw an article about bill c-35 some days ago and, although USA's much worse than us criminalizing everything, the definition of riot and weapon is laughable. it's to the point the only way you can protest and stay out of jail is a combination of: how likable the accused is, the whim of the police captain AKA mayor puppet and the accused defense possibility AKA lawyer ability to negotiate. backdoor criminal system, here we are!

^ this and this !

Seriously, once again ppl are arguing that all is well here 'cause it's worse elsewhere -- argument is invalid!

And of course, by fighting these seemingly ''trivial'' laws we are preventing our Country from becoming one of those 'worse' places.

Give up your freedoms one at a time, it's exactly what the govn't and big business want, so that eventually you wake up and find yourself a fuckin' robot, with zero freedoms except the freedom to go work 9 to 5 and live a shitty routine of lifelessness.

Without these freedoms, of speech / of information sharing on the' net / of private phone calls / of carrying what you want in your bag / of gathering in groups, you will find yourself at the mercy of what neo-liberalists and right-wing Christians decide what life should be. They are the few! We are the many - unfortunately they have the power and the cash.

The students aren't even the issue at this point .. what matters is that ppl are opening their eyes to the horrible things the 'man' is trying to control us with. It's also global -- no one who isn't profiting from the system is happy.

I want my punk rock, I want my raves, I want my e-mails to be private, and I want to be able to walk down the street with more than 4 friends and not be arrested for it, if the Gov. does something I find negative for humanity I want to be able to have a say about it. I want to make my own decisions.

Otherwise, vote for one of 3 choices, all of which are the same shit, and pretend that society is functioning in the best interest of human kind.

A government is supposed to just collect taxes and build/maintain infrastructure, Hospitals, Schools.
Instead, they do this poorly, and work hard for the interest of banks and major corporations (who, ironically, dislike the Gov. and use them to their own ends - neo-liberalism wants less Gov. control and want to privatize everything that makes money, all just for profit and cash, nothing more) .

Ask yourself: is the trade-off for your small freedoms worth it? What are you getting in return? Who is benefiting the most? What's the fucking point of these new laws anyway?
I'm feeling you up right now..
