raw eggs are not suppose to be good btw...lool it doesn't stay raw, the heat of the dish actually cooks the egg, they bring it to you and crack the egg infront of you then you take your chop sticks and poke the yoke and mix it all around coating everything in eggy goodness and the heat from the rice cooks the egg. |
