Rénové l'an dernier, très propre, calme, spacieux, non fumeur. 1 block away from Metro Beaudry, close to EVERYTHING. 1 coin de rue de distance du Métro Beaudry, près de TOUT. The loft is 600 sq. ft, it's one big open space area, has 2 big windows with 10 ft. ceilings. Le loft est 600 pieds carrés, c'est un grand logement à aire ouverte, il y a 2 grande fenêtres, plafonds de 10 pieds. Rent is 700$ / month, hydro + heat NOT included (average of 60$/month) Le loyer est 700$ par mois, hydro + chauffage NON inclus (moyenne d'environ 60$/mois) Fridge and stove not included BUT I’m selling my fridge, stove, washer and dryer... all for 500$. Frigidaire et poêle non-inclus MAIS je vends mon frigo, poêle, laveuse et sécheuse... le tout pour 500$.
