| *for the record* milk is not good for you, kafwin. it contains alot of magnesium (which prevents calcium from being absorbed, so the calcium thing is bullshit, and there are much better/ safer sources of calcium out there.) There are alot of hormones also (which can cause cancer, etc.) so yes, milk is dirty shit.. okay, well dirty, unnatural, phlegm (->oh yes, there's a TON of phlegm in milk)
AND- i ate ice cream ONCE this entire summer, so i'm not THAT much of a hypocrite, i let myself have something 'bad' once a week |
