As for the English being loud, it's true, from a stereotypical viewpoint... at least for French people, the cultural difference of voice pitch and volume is obvious! This is just a general observation and doesn't mean "this or that is better"... you could also observe that Anglo people are more easy-going than Francos, which makes Francos look like they're constantly PMS-ing :)

I have never ever heard english people being louder than anybody else and i hang out with english people all the time, and most of the time they are clearly in the process of '' s'amuser '' . lol

Maybe i'm a little deaf 0_o lol

Try to listen to people when they speak normally in a quiet room... see who's speaking louder between a franco and an anglo, in general! Maybe this isn't as obvious here, since francos from Québec also tend to speak louder than the average franco from France.
Latinos also tend to speak louder, all the more on the phone.
These are cultural differences, in a very general way of course (*STEREOTYPE ALERT*).

"On a été battue par quoi? l'argent et DES votes ethniques."

If it wasnt true...

If you substract the immigrants that where fast trackted through immigration specificaly to tip the referendom, the yes would have won.
I'm feeling regenerate right now..

This is bullshit, quebec have way less immigrants than ontario. Montreal have far less immigrants than toronto, boston, vancoucer or new york. I'v studied ethnicity at Uqam. Quebec is one of the province/state with the less proeminent immigrant % in all north america lol

Dude, you might not remember cus you where probably a child/pre-teen at the time, but for the duration of the referendom campain in 1993, Canada fast tracked thousands of immigrants through the process to tip the outcome (because 100% of all newly arrived immigrants voted no). The immigration process came back to normal after the referendom.
Look it up.

I remember: it was the big scandal of that time with the B.S "Canada loves Quebec" rally Air Canada organized a few day before the vote.

never ever? reeeeally? i call it a lie :P

personnaly, i always have notice in the metro, or in bars how some english fellows were sometimes louder than other people in the room

that doesn't mean they are the ONLY persons to be loud, or that ALL of them are.

I live with a cute english boy since 4 years now, yes i can admit that when he talks, his loud, though his drunk haha Also i really don't give a shit, since everyone have always told me that i was louder than everyone, and you know what, im a fucking frog

stereotypes are like clichés, they don't exist for no reason, though sometimes use for bad reason, they can also be use to just express a feeling/thoughts, withouth mean intention

poor english, they don't like to be put in the same basket, though, they don't mind judging people from quebec all the same :P <3
I'm feeling kiss me, im shitface right now..

Hmmm. You are kinda correct. Even google translate is confused. [ www.google.com ]
But I've always understood the suffix "phone" to mean speaker of.. Francophone, anglophone, allophone (insert any language prefix + phone) always seemed obvious to me
