But if your wanting to wake up super quick in the morning and not drinking coffee.. Eat an apple. It's proven to wake you up faster/and more so than a cup of coffee ever will. |

| Coolness: 55995 | Tea has teaine which gives you energy slowly but on a longer period.
Coffee has caffeine which gives you a more intense rush but on a smaller period. I stopped caffeine because the crashes at the end of the day were horrible. My head hurted and I was as exhausted as if I've ran for 5 hours straight. |
