| Coolness: 106145 | The fact is in almost every city in the northern hemisphere, you are being filmed constantly, be it by traffic cam's, public and private surveillance cam's, or anonymous bystanders (cus literaly everyone carry's a video cam in there phones). And the trend doesn't seem to be waning off, quite the opposite.

Both look stupid in the process. hahaha so true quebec is also really special with tha "droit de l'image" it's way more severe here, than other place seriously one of my teacher took a picture of a girl once, and gave it for free to a local magazine the girl have recognize herself and decide to bring that teacher in course for hundreds of dollar she won after years and years of debate it almost ruin the artist, having to pay that girl for something that never gave him money pretty god damn stupid though there is now a law, because of that case, that exist in quebec, and even if most of you (including me) doesn't like it, well, we need to accept it if someone tells you that he doesn't want to be in your vidéo/picture well, you can't do anything except removing him |

ou y'a toujours la magie de photoshop, qui t'aide a retirer quelqu'un d'une image sans la ruiner avec un flou inutile et t'as aussi l'option de refaire ta shot, ton vidéo (qui est habituellement trop compliquer, alors on utilise les censure) le monde au québec commence à être habituer, photographe et caméraman profesionnel traine tous des lettre d'approbation au droit de l'image habituellement moi quand je vais dans le foule je traine toujours quelques copie de lettre, qui ressemble un peu à ceci: [ blog.fotolia.com ] bien sure plusieurs modèle de lettre existe pour plusieur cas différent, personne majeur, mineu, bâtiment, etc. et les conditions sont différente selon le médium (caméra vidéo, ou photo) |

Instead of running in a straight line AWAY from the dog, it just keeps going in circles. It is a futile attempt to confuse the chasing dog as it seems to be way more intelligent than the tail expects. Plus, dogs have a heightened sense of smell so the tail can't go very far without the dog picking up on the scent of shit lying right under it. I saw this on the Discovery Channel.
