 Coolness: 27135 | ok so i'm a 23 year old male, i have 3 jobs (on/off) and i've been living alone since june, i dont really mind... but im starting to get bored! and its costing me way too much... so yes im considering a roommate preferably female around my age, sorry guys...
im looking for a responsible/ honnest roommate, where i dont have to clean up after you cause im so not down... someone with a job, who will pay the rent on time... im a really friendly person, maybe we can chill first and hopefully get along... itd be nice! i dont mind if ur friends come over, but NO drug dealers aloud over... and if youre a thief and planning to steal my stuff then forget it! ive had enough problems with my last roommate, it was complete hell she was an alcoholic who'd continuously steal from me.. and yes i threw her out, plain and simple. i live in the west island, its luxurious... i have an extra bedroom available. $550/month, what's included: fireplace, hot water, electricity, fridge, dishwasher, stove, laundry machine, dryer, outdoor swimming pool, snow removal, theres free parking on the street... its near bus/train, stores, etc. i have cable tv/ internet but we'd have to share that bill.. so if your interested pm me i guess, i got pictures... somewhere. i might change my mind and sorry in advance if i do... thanks |
