| cut into quarters, boiled in salted water, add butter, more salt, pepper, parsley, bacon bits, mozza or cheddar cheese, sour creme... yummies!
i love em mashed too, and of course home made fries, or lil hashbrowns fried are killer too... potatoes rock.
oh, and Plan C made some killer ones on thanksgiving, with lemon & horseradish etc... really good also! |
