I moved my stuff in my appartment last week and I noticed there is 2 Bixi spots at 100m around.
I consider that I am studying in UdeM and there's no spot there yet. Although I use pretty much my bike as my main transportation.
So is there someone who used it yet and can give me a feedback?
78$/Year is like really cheap!
I'm feeling horny right now..

I heard they put a GPS in it so they can trace it if its been stolen,
but of corse you just need to find the GPS I dunno where it is on
the bike

I was working when they were installing the stations some are fuckin
badly disposed for waste removal activities

arent those like electrical ? like you pedal less to obtain "normal legal bike speed" ?
I'm feeling love 4 boxxy right now..

'supposedly' if you pull REALLY hard on the back wheel, straight up, the lock in front pops, and the bike comes right out.

but if you're trying this on a slot thats already been broken, and was fixed, it won't work.
I'm feeling like ezbake right now..

QFT.

As a motorist, I have the utmost respect for cyclist... which is practically nil because it is nowhere near reciprocal as cyclists here are fucking inconsiderate and suicidal. Shitheads are in the middle of St-Denis during rush hour, swerve like fucking mad and expect to be treated just like cars. That's kind of hard when you're behaving the same as a fucking drunken moronic motorist.

Most cyclists here don't even stop & run red lights, don't signal turns, pedal the opposing way on a busy street, cross street corners diagonally, practically run over pedestrians and just generally don't give a fuck who's on the road with them... and they expect everyone to respect them there.

Yeah, we definitely need more fucking Bixis.

The Bixi stations should force you to listen to a 20 minute course on fucking manners before you can leave with a bike.
I'm feeling thriller right now..

Yeah, on my scooter I almost hit bikes all the time since even if you have your turn signal on, they still try to go ahead of you and pass on the wrong side... You never pass on the side people are turning on... If they are to be treated like cars, they should wait in line like everyone else, especially when cars are turning...

Well car have to watch for pedestrian and bike before turning, because bike and pedestrian have priority.

That's not an excuse for cyclists to do whatever the fuck they want though.

If cyclists don't plan on following the laws ( like can anyone tell me why there are so many fucking cyclists with headphones on, listening to music ? It's illegal and, well, it's just fucking common sense ), they I don't plan on following that priority thing either.

Respect is a two-way street.

Wrong... A pedestrian has priority... A bike has the same rules as a car... You can't just do whatever you want...

I think I heard that cyclist are in fact just tolerated by law, just like if rollerblades would become really popular, and that a complain would force them out of the road.

I think I heard that from a credible source but that was a long time ago ...

... until you don't hear the car coming behind you that hits you.

If it's on the bike path, sure it's all good. But on the street, for fuck's sake ?
