YES, those are the ones! seriously, the night before you go out on a bender, go to the store, buy one (mixed berries or strawberries is the best) and leave it on the counter.
when you wake up the next morning, rip it open and eat the whole thing with a little sprinkling of sugar and I swear you'll feel waaaay better.
Lots of vitamins in the fruit, a little sugar for taste/energy, and the fruit itself has a ton of water in it so you're not only eating you're also re-hydrating yourself. |
