Ever Feel Overwhelmed?

 Coolness: 93085 | ever feel like your chest is going to cave in because of feelings? Like you heart is about to explode? ever feel like the walls are closing in on you? ever feel like you can`t trust anyone? ever feel so choked up that you cant even utter a word, your throat is swollen with doubt, sadness, feelings of anger... ever get so teared up that you can`t see straight? ever look at a building and wonder what it would be like to just jump off? what makes sense in all of this is that there is nothing normal about being normal...

| Coolness: 93085 | nonono, Im having a good day, those were just a bunch of things I thought of when I first read this post... random emotions and thoughts, the kind that a lot of people have... don`t worry Im fine :)
you know, the kind of thoughts that people dont always share, sometimes because they feel they can`t, sometimes because they didnt know they could... the human condition... Ufot-emotions are stupid, which is part of why they are both cool and lame |

I reacted cause I think I felt like this for a long time while growing up, really unstable. One second I was unable to see myself as part of the world. It's like I was always on the outside of every situation whitout being able to really be part of it, even if it was me the center of the situation... The other I was overwhelmed with all sorts of emotion I could not understand... weird... Got massive anxiety attack after a while. It passed :) all grown up(yeah, sure :p) and better now :) But I still remember how it felt... |
