Just like if you get a speeding ticket in the USA, you don't have to pay it unless you plan on visiting that STATE again. Or even another province. If I had a civil record in Ontario, it would not be a civil problem here in Quebec. Maybe the guy won cause someone failed to show up hehe... But they won nothing... |
