 Coolness: 185350 | jpense pas qu'un magasin de stuff de raver pogenrai beaucoup. Y'en a plusieur qui ont essayer depuis des année, malgré la popularité qu'il avait ça ne durait jamais assez longtemps pour plusieur bonne raison
Pour ce qui est d'un record store, c'est toujours une bonne idée car qui ne rêve pas de travailler la dedans. Sauf que faut tu prévois pas gagner beaucoup d'argent à travers de ça et faut que tu t'arranges pour pousser la compétition qui ont déjà de très bon noms à montréal! donc je dirais que les 2 idées sont bonne, mais faut pas s'attendre à ce que ça marche longtemps |

oui yen a beaucoup, mais yen manque aussi. Plusieur fois j'entend des gens ce plaindre quy'a pas de bar a leur gout! Si t'es original et tu t'arranges pour que ton bar ce fasse entendre, ça risque de donner de quoi Moi et une amie on a la best idée de bar au monde. Jten train d'envisagé d'aller faire un cours en gestion juste pour ça! |

jtravail sur st-laurent dans le coin du mile-end et ce que tu décris là y'en à a toutes les 4-5 boutiques! et a pars celle qui ont fait leur place (Casa Del Polo genre) ferme tous leur porte après quelques mois.  Coolness: 685585 | Do something like that Insomnia cafe; a 24h coffee shop that just happens to have a small area for dancing and a dj booth. You don't need djs playing 24/7, but once in a while have a small lineup.. maybe not the usual 1h timeslots that "rave" djs are used to, but more like 2-4h so they really get a chance to play, instead of just 1 short hour to throw down as much of their new favorite stuff as possible before they get ushered off. |

| Coolness: 106110 | Pour le café, tu loues a une concession genre un café étudiant d'université., pour la galerie tu decores ta place gratuitement tout en prenant un pourcentage des ventes (s'il y en as) pour le after, tu loues par nuit. Le but étant de rentabiliser l'endroit 24hrs par jour tout en offrant un lieux de diffusions pour les musiciens/djs des différentes scènes de musique électronique.

Anyone wanna split on one!!! I need partners! I'm sure you can get the place for 1800$ also a month... 1$/sf seems standard for a commercial space. i would dedicate the place to different sphere of exploitation... i would make the configuration of the space changeable in a simple way. the decoration would be very urban with tag and graffiti from the best artist i could find. but in a very clean disposition on the wall. the place would look so class and urban at the same time. if i see good in the picture the lightening of the place seems not bad. that help. because some permits can be hard to obtain i would forget the idea of restaurant but would have a coffeeshop station. like i always wanted a videostore but i perfectly know that this business is dead these day... i would probably have few shelves on the walls with only classics of early and modern cinema.. for sale. like a catalog of max. 1000 movies.. you know the kind that you need to watch before you die. then i would set up rack on wheels.. you know the kind you have at runaway show. i have one already in my house it is so easy to find. i would sale few samples from big couture house but because not all women is a size 2 i would also get my hand on clothes from local designers as well as a section of very carefully picked vintage clothing. i would have a section gallery featuring each month a collection from a local or outsider artist. and for sure a section with few back of records. only the cream of the cream.. not like discogs or big store style. and with a section in consigne from local or unsigned band/music that i love and respect. i would have as well a dj/listening station. friday, saturday night i would take these different station, put them in the backstore and org. party. very fabulous party featuring all kinds of music and prestation. that includes having a booze permit. the place would close at regular hours(3am). on tuesday from 6pm to 9pm i would held cocktail featuring each time different and unique list of alcohol, beer and wine. i would have a projector and have cinema night also. with no pop corn because i don't like the smell to stay in the place.. hehe but like in europe clients could have a drink. it would have a grown up ambiance with a touch of craziness. and the most important it would be clean not like a scrunchy dirty place like EVA.B.... anyway the terrasse is a very exquisite feature. how is the entrance to the local? at wich floor it is at? what is next to this building?
