i always have a layer for noise, and compare it against white background to see proper spectrum before applying it to something :D |

| Coolness: 339805 | no no, it's a deperate layer, it's actually a copy of the greenbackground, just not blurred. and i used dissipate at 26% opacity.
made a cool noise effect. |

i usually generate because it's easier to control after :D you can do effects ON the noise, ie pattern/gradient overlay or whatever, which makes for some nice flexibility... layer duplicates and overlays... etc :) |

| Coolness: 194165 | looks good man. i'd just suggest lifting the content boxes and the menu so there is more space (they are prelly far down the viewable screen now), which doesn't necessarily mean getting rid of the big logo, it could be partially overlapping as a background...
