PaLy [ ] and I are looking for a third person to share our great big Villeray 7 1/2 (on St-Denis corner Gounod, one street from Jarry metro). As of July, a third of the rent will come to $265, and bills will be roughly $70 (incl. wireless high-speed, but no cable TV). The apartment is nicely located in front of a grocery store. Drugstore and bakeries are also close by, and it's a short walk from both marché Jean-Talon and Jarry park. PaLy and I both smoke and each own a cat, so we hope this won't be a problem. À compter de juillet, un tiers du loyer sera 265 $, et les factures seront d'environ 70 $ (incl. haute-vitesse sans fil, mais pas de câble). L'appartement est situé en face d'une épicerie. Y'a aussi une pharmacie et des boulangeries à proximité, et l'appart est à une petite marche du marché Jean-Talon et du parc Jarry. PaLy et moi sommes tous deux fumeurs, et on possède chacun un chat, alors on espère que ça ne sera un problème.
