It's a teenage boy who became a zombie, ran off, and then came back. The whole family then became a zombie family. |

| Coolness: 102790 | You guys should check out Zombie Survival Guide ( essential for any Zombie fan ), World War Z ( novel, great idea ) and The Walking Dead ( graphic novel series, amazing ).
You guys have to decided before writing a script/screenplay is when does it occurred in the zombie "time line". Is it during the initial phase? a la Patient Zero. During a breakout infestation? quarantine the area. Does it happened after a World Wide collapse? millions millions of zombies Maybe it is during the reclamation phase? i want my planet back! anyhow. There are so many angles to this... Here is few scenarios... Cannibal undead: 5 families stuck in a claustrophobic apartment in downtown. There is not food left. A whole city of zombies outside. Turn to cannibalism. Hunger is primeval. Amy "Maybe we don't have to kill the Madison's kid, what if we amputated our limbs? we just need one arm..." Cult of the Damned : The Stockholm syndrome, where the weak minded humans identifying with the aggressors. They walk like zombies, eat like zombies, and even still like them... except of course.. it doesn't fool the real zombies. Patient Zero : the first case of infestion.. treated by the media as alarmist scenario. The people are complacent 'cause bird flu, sars, anthrax, etc...They don't care. |

| Coolness: 685615 | I tend to like stuff in the initla phase, when people have no idea what's going on and "regular" people have to suddenly start "killing" all these people that are coming after them.. That or way along into the end of the world, when everything seems completely hopeless. |

| Coolness: 685615 | I like that cannibal undead idea.. Could be damn good, without the need to focus on the zombies for the horror.. Cannibalism is a hell of a lot scarier to people than zombies, because that shit actually happens.
Patient Zero sounds cool, also. People have just become so apathethic to shit like that these days.. I'd had a similar idea a few years ago, where a zombie infection spread through the homeless, who always look sick and dirty, so it ends up being too late to catch it by the time it fully kicks in.. |
