it's very efficient to wake up, and to feel fresh and cool afterwards (even with moist heat outside) moreover, it's working like a sauna : hot water opens the pores, so that dirt can be washed more efficiently and deeply, and then cold water tightens the pores, so that the skin is healthier and you feel more dynamic and purified. :) |
