Here's the answer : [ www.rave.ca ] Look really, I've been doing longer than 5 years ( in moderation, plz ! ) and I can honestly say that even though the trip is not as nearly as powerful as it once was, it,s still enjoyable enough for me to do it. I mean, eating chocolate cake is not nearly as delicious as when you are starving and have a massive crave for it, but it's still good. The problem lies in the fact that MDMA, like most drugs, is treated like an invasive poison by your body. Meaning after a while of doing it on a regular basis, your body will actually learn and adapt to try and flush it out more quickly and effectively, making your trip less intense and shorter. So longer periods in between drug intake will have your body sort of " forget " how to deal with it and your trip will be longer and better than everyone else who's popping every weekend. Now like Moondancer says, after a while, it does get easier to control. Trust me, I've done enough to be able to mold my trip into anything I want. Thing is, I've also learned to LET GO of that control. I'm able to just sit there and let the thing do its work with as little resistance as physically and psychologically possible. It's like riding a bike, you have to start off slow, get the feel of it, and just pedal enough to enjoy the wind on your face. Try not to ride the bike hard enough to become a BMX champ, take chances, try and pull some fancy moves and end up on your ass, dazed and confused, or even at the Emergency Ward with very serious injuries. That's the best I can put it. Heh. |

I dont feel any compulsion to do it, and I prefer not to apply it to parties/raves as it's more a therapy chemical for me and I pay little attention to that aspect of it while partying. I'd rather be on lsd, shrooms or urk*.speed at a party. lol
The tolerance things true too, buncha text talks about that at erowid etc. Nothing you can do but moderate and protect what you got, or don't and lose the love. |

The MDMA I consume (once in a while, not on a regular basis) comes from outside the city, so-called "custom" order from a chemist & pharmacist. St. Johns wort is the simple solution, take some at the end of every trip, not too long before the final effects are over. Protect your axons theyre important. |
