 Coolness: 229730 | timeslots are listed on the event page. This is a for-fun event and everybodies gotta be a bit flexable. Because we're filling so many slots we can't guarantee everybody is gonna be able to play in the slot they want. Hope everybody is satisfied with where we've placed them.
WE're up to 27 djs now and with more names to come you can be this is gonna rock. We've got some fun ideas for an intermission with fire spinners/eaters/jugglers etc, we're gonna be collecting email addresses from everybody who comes so we can keep em informed of any events we plan in the future, there gonna be a huge poster for everybody to sign and you gys are gonna lvoe how we plan to lay the land out. |

| Coolness: 229730 | :D Reason for the inability to deal with contracts is this is our very first event, mine, my roomates and aside from Psynight, its Jeffs first real event too. Every DJ we've spoken to we've asked to play free, we're providing Beers, BarBQ and shhhherb. lol
We're going to be renting busses, sound equipment, blankets, buying foodstuffs, drinks and spendin on the location... Honestly we're a bit unnerved by the potential expense list and may have to incurr a debt with someone who is available to us as a lender. We don't expect to make any money on this and if we can break even we'll be laughing. If we have to deal with contractual obligations dealing with the necessity to pay the talent based on attendance numbers and such.. we wont be dealing with them. I've just spoken to RAD about this and he is totally open to the possibility of profit sharing should there be any.. but when it comes down to the numbers.. over 30 djs is a LOT. If we in some strange way make 1k profit.. and wanted to pay 50 bucks to each DJ we still couldnt.. None of us want to have to explain why we had to pay one DJ and not the rest. Lets have a good time here folks, we're doing our best to make something truly special here, you can trust that when this happens it'll be different than any event youve been to before. More than just the music/slots/lineup, we are trying to do special things here.. Things that involve money we dont have yet. |

Thought about it noah,not willing to clash with existing parties and one week back wont make much a difference. Some of our talent is having a birthday those days and that makes it special. |

| Coolness: 47245 | Im out for the night, but like I messaged, I can talk to "Bowzer" tomorrow, he plays hardcore/happy/gabber/jungle and mashes it all up in his sets. (similar to Luna-C). He just keeps getting better and better and better and it blows my mind!
I'll let you know if he is down and you can decide tomorrow if you want him to play :) (im assuming you have already heard him :P, but if not he has tons and tons of mix's online) |
