OMG!! that was just ridiculous (the britney moment)

i saw the film tonight and really enjoyed it although i left the theatre with slight feeling of anger and hopelessness.

i think the gratuitous flesh wounds and severed limb shots in the anti-war section weren't entirely necessary and perhaps a little tasteless.

but overall a very informative film, although i was already familar with most of the "theories" brought forward by Moore (hell, i think Bush knew it was going to happen well before it did and maybe had a hand in it directly)

I think there should be more violent images. Kids gotta see earlier what it's like to be in a fatal car wreck, or what a gunshot wound to the head looks like cuz they just go by movies and what pricks like 50 cent say about it. You see what's really in store for a gangstar, soldier, or driver and you might think twice cuz that shit is pretty damn awful.

i think the majority of american soldiers need to see what war is like cause every time you see videos of them bout to go off to war they're all like "I can't wait to kick some ass! it's gonna be fun!"..

I just saw this movie tonight. And I just can't fucking handle images like that. I totally lost it. As soon as he started showing those images of the bombs dropping on Bagdad i knew what was next, and sure enough, there were the child corpses. I've never reacted so strongly to something like that, full on shakes and sobbing and hicups, and those fucking soldiers singing "burn mother fucker burn". Ahhh, i honestly hate the world we live in. If anything comes out of this movie, i hope more ppl will vote against bush come the next election. The states are ruled by corruption and greed. It makes me proud to be Canadian, and proud of Cretien for not getting involved..

This movie is the 2 hour version of a 30 second campaign attack ad. There wasn't really any one consistent argument or point to the movie aside from 'Bush is bad'. That's supposed to be shocking news? The only segment of the movie I found really interesting is the account of the relationship between the Bush and Saudi royal families, a relationship based on oil and money. Meanwhile Saudi Arabia is one of the most fundamentalist Islamic states and one of the biggest financers of terrorism.

Moore never actually accuses bush for 9/11, he gets pretty close though. The whole thing Dan is saying about the strong ties between Bush and Saudi royal families is the closest he gets to implying bush was involved.

It bothers me that a country i hold so dearly to my heart (saudi) is so incredibly powerful and extremist, and not to mention that they treat their women like shit...
