 Coolness: 158860 | Samurai 7 was pretty awesome, somehow never finished it even though I got all the DVDs here. Superb take on Kurosawa's Seven samurais.
+2 for Samurai Champloo. And Tengen Toppa Gurran Lagan was pretty good up 'til.. Well, don't wanna give out spoilers ;) Desert Punk was also interesting. |

 Coolness: 166635 | A few people had told me about Metalocalypse, mainly 'cause a character's name is Nathan Explosion, and so I was curious and ended up watching all 3 seasons within 2 weeks ... it's not the best animated show ever, but I liked it alot, and I recommend at least the first season if you're interested in Metal and/or the Music Industry ...

dave willis is an awsome voice artist. i think its filtered a little , but i seen him in do this voice with his mouth alone. plus him going from mooninite to carl(old) to meatwad is mindwarping. other adult swim i screened , proto , in progress or completed , dunno if i should advise since some just didnt seep with me -moral aurel and rising son or something where to much christian related , even if funny didnt do it at the time i saw , but im shure at somepoint i might just see something in it. -xavier renegade angel , is funny by time , but even if i try to forget they like to botch grfx just to mess with ppl this one really is working on my going mental over the graphics objects and movment like i usually hate ppl for doing so. it could be part of the concept , that snake arm just brainfuck me to the point i have to channel out . but that too not giving up on it. stroker and hoop - didnt like the flow by times , but again gold jokes at moments. i remember something about a car wash that cracked me up -assy mc gee . i cant bash this , this show is something else really ... esp when you realised they managed to make 2 seasons of this (butt faces show like that ep in south park. its fun to watch once for the concept , but i wonder how i would blow money on that box other that to fork money to adult swim in a way -merry shelly frankenhole looks too much like rubber chicken factory . failed in amusing me , but then again i have a hard time with ruber chicken , i have my favourites elsewhere . -archer , okay allthou funny . tied to the fisky dingo / xtacles in a way , i prefer minoriteam or venture bros , as they imo explore the concept i like better , but like that whole armada enumerated , i cant bash it completely as it will make me laugh if i watch it. not bashing not but yall may hate it - saul of maul men . this is what i love about adult swim / william street / radical axis etc is their way to use the green screen prcduce somthing that would scare timothy leary and dr albert hoffmann :) -lucy daughter of the devil. good animation , beautifull , just didnt listen to it yet and now for something completely different : - "the japanese the japanses dont know" , is really interesting , japanese teacher teach a shoold of foreings about japan to the point that the teacher as well is guessing on contemporaty words / items etc... there is one person per big country , us, france , germany , china , russia , great britain, and i pass . all served in a 10 ep or so , of somethings that could be a soap , but more educative than seasame street itself and maybe the eureka (physic old show screened in schools). its entertaining , the camera lens & acting are perfect. this show ranks 11/10 for me. good genral knowledgs to ppl who wants to immerse in jap with further explaination than just anims. real ppl , not animated. other ad.swim like "mad" (anime) & "robotomy" might be the next bomb , again didnt sreen enough but hope i could |
