I had the crazy idea of a self-sustaining undersea city back in 2004. It's so friggin nice to see that I'm not the only one that thought of that, and that someone is taking action on the idea !

All this makes perfect sense to me, and although there is no source stated in the movie, do your own researches and you will come to the same conclusions ... part 1, I've learned in college before, part 2: have to say I don't personally know, didn't pay much attention and didn't get any first hand information back in 2001, and as for part 3 ... well, had I studied macro-economy, I'm pretty sure I would have learned the same on economy as well.

Back on topic: china and such places are great to order from if you want cheep replicas, but don't go buying thinking you get the actual brand though ! They're usually made from cheap materials by cheap labor. Otherwise, it does work the same.

after christmas, the lease is gone, so unless you can make arrangements with the actual owner of the building, the place is lost for renting :(
