Just get SynthEdit and make your own synths.

If you want some really neato effects, look up Buffer Overddrive. Its a free plug that attempts to overfill your sound card buffers, then trap that sound and feed it back to the signal. Its really fucked up.

Adaware and Spybot S&D and some common computer sense and voila, your computer will be ad/spyware free.

My hotmail account recieved at most one spam a month. Though, I'm about to switch my orkut account over to my hotmail account and that is going to ruin any hope of keeping it spam free.

700mb * 16 = 11gb aprox
add on the 10gb sitting on the computer in montreal
add on the 5gb sitting on the computer here in toronto
add on the 5gb I've downloaded onto my roommates computer six feet away from me.

I guess thats roughly 31gb or 32gb of stolen material!

I still fail to see why people argue about fruity loops other than to instigate nonsense. I just think that protool/cubase/logic users are jealous or afraid. Which is the only reason why they jump at the chance to put down FL Studio.

People who say FL sucks, say it because they remember v2.

v4 is not exactly a toy anymore and saying that it is, you're either instigating uselessness or just really really ignorant.

And if you argue that FL sucks because of its prepackaged plugins and samples, well

so does Cubase and Buzz. The prepackaged plugins for Cubase are AWFUL. Do you use them? Probally not. You take Cubase, and you start using Waves and Izotope plugins, z3ta+, FM7, Absynth, Reaktor, make your plugins in max/msp.

Well, you'd end up doing the same thing in FLS. well, you may not want to ditch Sytrus too quickly, but either way.

Programs that are designed to be expandable come with a few prepackaged modules to show EXAMPLES of whats possible. Those examples were never made for a "working enviroment". These companies will not invest the time and effort to provide an all in one package, when they can just create a kick ass framework, and focus on that framework, while other companies focus their efforts on creating modules for these frameworks. And the general rule of thumb is that all in one packages yield half decent results.

fruity loops, cubase, logic, protools, cakewalk, sonar, even buzz, these are all frameworks. They are skeleton programs that need to be expanded upon. By themselves, they yield boring, bland, unsatisfactory, unproffesional results. Combined with a wide array of plugins, then these frameworks become very powerful tools. What use is a powerdrill without a drillbit?

So I have to goto court as a witness in a law suit. Quebec called me up looking for my new address in Toronto. I gave them the wrong one by mistake and only realized it now.

anyone know how to get a hold of the research department for quebec civil courts so I can inform them of this mistake and NOT be held accountable for obstruction of justice?

Why would the US invest time/money into Haiti? A very noticable trend in american policy is the lack of interest in things that wont benefit them. What benefit is haiti?

---->"The U.S. goverment wanted Haiti to open it's market to U.S. goods. In addition, they pressure Haiti to sell state owned enterprises such as telephone utility, the electricity utility, the harbor, the airport , et cetera..., to private corporations. This privatization would be an aquisition by U.S. multinationals in partnership with some of haitian elite."

-----------
It is about geopolitiks.
Uncle Sam set up friendly puppet governments to increase influence in the region.

It is about "The Industrial Military Complex"
Puppet goverments opens new markets for U.S. multinationals.

i.e. The vice President, Dick Cheney, is a former CEO (1995-2000), of Halliburton (1995-2000), a company that provided services and products to the gas and oil industries.

A subsidiary of Halliburton, Kellogg Brown and Root, was awarded a contract to extinguish oil well fires in Iraq. Dick Cheney still receives as much as a million dollar from Haliburton as compensation.

the "spoils of wars" is not oil, the "spoils of wars" are multi-millions dollar contracts for the reconstruction of a country.

I doubt Haiti could afford multil million dollar contracts.

I don't care much for hockey, my roommate is obsessed, so I've learnt a thing or two. Mainly that Toronto will most likely win the cup. They are the best in their division, second in the league, and after watching every single one of their games, I understand now why Montreal never sells out.

Montreal is under the impression that as long as they keep the goal away from their net, then they just have to rely on the chaos theory to score a goal. Think about it. How did Montreal win their last stanley cup? It wasn't because they had good offense, it was because no one could shoot a goal against Patrick Roy.

Also, hosting your site, should your website have lots of art or become very busy will also cost you.

Everything that deserved an oscar, got an oscar.

As I hoped, the last LOTR movie cleared the oscars. I figured this would happen since it wouldn't be very fair for LOTR to clear the oscars three times in a row.

so, LOTR won best director, best film, and almost everything relating to technical design. There is no way anyone could debate this. I'm also pleased that LOTR set records. It was nominated for 11 awards and won all them. No movie has ever done that before (Highest all nominated wins previously was 9, Titanic was nominated for 14 but won 11).

Charlieze Theron won best actress, and I don't think ANYONE could argue that, and if they could, they would be laughed at.

Sean Penn for best actor. Again, there is no arguement. He should've won, he did win. And since when does Sean Penn disapoint? Mystic River was a wickedly amazing movie.

Finding Nemo for best animated film. There really wasn't much in the way of competition though.

Cold Mountain was an ok movie, but Zelwigger (spelling?) definately deserved her award for best supporting actress.

I haven't seen The Barbarian Invaison, but I'm sure it was great, as the people behind the movie were behind other really interesting movies, such as the Decline of the American Civilization.

I didn't see the best documentary either.

All in all, this year has renewed my faith in movies. Some really superb titles came out.

like
why would you echo/print blocks of HTML code? It doesn't increase efficiency, so there is no reason why anyone should be outputting HTML with echo/print. Either way makes for bad messy ugly nasty stupid code, and a bunch of difficult to maintain HTML.
