Some time ago in 1999 there was a bunch of friends addicted to electronic music and underground rave parties. They decided between themselves to organise a few specific parties under the guise "Association Ponctuelle de Banditos". This was the way to play and test their musical creations in front of the dance floor.

After our second party we decided to stop organising because we were too busy making music. At this point, the Banditos electronic duo was ready to take their flight...

Our influences, a soft mix of breakbeat, new wave and low fidelity chip sound. From energetic dance floor to lounge electronica to cheesy drum 'n' bass, our music is a melting pot of our moods and sensibility. Passion is the key of endless fun.

1-Speed Bike, a.k.a. Bottleskup Flenkenkenmike, is one of Broklyn's favorite friends and co-conspirators. Besides the fact that he's a righteous guy who sticks to his guns (or rather no guns policy) he is also talented, witty, and a ball to be around. He's just about everything you hope a Canadian would be. His real name is Aidan and his real job for the last 7 years has been drumming with the insanely-famous-for-an-indie-band band GSYBE! While this gig has given him some leverage he does everything in his power to stress the fact that his own project is nothing like the nine-piece band that he is only one piece of.

Our events seek to provide an alternative to mainstream American culture, a culture that is increasingly sexist, racist, classist, nativist, and consumption-oriented.
