when most people record, they record a clipping signal, its useless.

dont put the master of the mixer at 100%, its gonna clip, lower the outputs and raise the amps.

les "clubber" se sont lever le premier janvier 2006 et se sont toute dit "ha fuck les raveur on leur fait de l'attitide!"

l'attiutude yen a dans les raves comme dans les clubs. et autant.

du monde dans les rave a qui tu parle, et du jours au lendemain y font assemblant de pas te reconnaitre, ou quand t les croise dans la rue y detourne le regard pour faire assemblant quil ton pas vu, mais tu les a vu te devisager car il t'on reconnu un peut plus loin.

ca arrive tout le temps.

ya encore des clubbers dans les rave et vice versa, c'est pas une scene ou une année qui fait faire de l'attitude c'Est la personalitée de chaqun.

en faite c'est temps si, je te dirais que je voit plus d'attitude dans la scene rave que dans les club ou de la part de clubbers.

les clubber "club" souvent depuis plus longtemps que la plus part des raveurs, et il se sont pas fait promettre de monde utopique plur tlm s'aime et ya des unicornes partout, alors leur desilusion est surement moin grande, d'ou leur "moindre envie" de faire de l'attitude que un raver jaded qui va dans les raves et sait meme pas pourquoi il y va encore mais y passe sont temps a chialer que c'Est dla marde et que c'est plus comme avant.

but if its only "hey im gonna film you for my movie" then he records, that surely isnt.

there are details that have to be there.

Name of the person filmed, his address
name of the producer of the movie, his address (or company address/name) (the person who will hold the rights about the images)
name of the movie or pre-prod code name
languages that the movie can/will be used/translated (ex: french, english, japanese)
region of where the movie will be showed/sold ex: (quebec, canada, usa, japan)
and others that i dont remeber by heart at 6 am lol

so lets say, you can give your "ok" for a representation in french in quebec only, if your scene is showed in an english version of the film, and/or in japan or rest of canada ect, then it would be illegal, but usually its written on contracts as all languages, all regions, unless asked for a particularity.

it depend on what the contract is about. contracts for rights cessions cannot be verbals, they have to be written, its a right cession, not a customer contract

ex: you buy cable tv, they tell you you have 1 year contract, thats legal.
ex: you make a tune and want to give it to someone without keeping your rights on that track, illegal if its not written

in this case, since is a image rights cession (the person filmed gives the producer of the movie rights about the images showing himself) HAS to be WRITTEN, because its a right cession.

btw it can be written on a towel, as long as all information are there and that the 2 copies are signed by both parties.

the kind of paper doesnt matter, but it has to be done written.

well, some people are like that, but saying everyone is like that(gurned and high as kites) in the rave scene isnt true.

M-A-X, one thing you have to know, is that, for some of us, the "movie" isnt a real representation of what the rave scene is really about.

so, for me, being in this movie, or having any of my track playing in this movie, i would consider it a disrespect, because of 2 main things.

nobody asked me to use my name/image/music.

what we see in the trailers are complete idiocy about underage people taking drugs and telling everyone that they are god. (noah, i know you will get on your high horses again telling that the trailers arent what the movie is about,that it was just practice, but that just doesnt make any sense, if its only practice, you dont show them publicly.)

in my 10 years of raving, i never hung with people like that, i dont personally know people that behaves like that, and i sure dont wanna meet em now that everyone saw who they are.

respect goes both ways. I find this movie disrespectful to the entire rave scene. but that is MY opinion, as i am not god or controlling the rave scene, all I (we, people that think like or somewhat like me) can do is voice myself, and make sure when the movie comes out, that i do no feature in the movie, good or bad my featuring can be.

respect isnt letting anyone do anything they like. Respect is respecting what they do and making sure what they do respects you back.

well, it doesnt surprise me they are suing him, hes making a movie, dont tell me he doesnt intend to sell it or to show it publicly, thats bullshit.

hes in canada, there are laws, you cant just film people and then show that publicly without thier written authorization.

if he did it the right way from the beginning, he wouldnt be sued over.
