Featuring the BEST in Trance Techno Progressive that Ottawa has to offer! (not that there is anything wrong with that but variety is good) Damn right, VERY long time! We are giving you the highest quality talent in the nicest venue in town So our opening night we're bringin in the good shit as well as a demo of our top top top residents [/b] X-CUBE[/b] [b] The Brothers Timken [/b] [b]The Coffee Man[/b] vs [b]S4[/b] [b]MikeJames[/b] vs [b]Hashek[/b] [u] [ writeups ] [/u] [b]X-Cube[/b] [ Delirium, Montreal, [ www.djxcube.com ] ] Christian Bonneville, better known as DJ X-Cube, has been smoking the decks. Since the very beginning in 1990, he reaches for music in it’s simplest form; commercial music. Today, inspired by no one other than Misstress Barbara, he shakes the very foundation of the dance floors with harder and more underground sounds. His energy is contagious, and spreads like a veritable disease to even the most remote corners of the clubs. He's performing Techno, Hardtech, Acidtech, Tech-House, Electro and Minimal music. In March 2002 X-Cube played along side DJ Creator @ Spring Dream 2002. In April 2002, after infecting the dance floor in a sudden case of groove in a tag team with DJ Creator, he soon after joined forces with a young dynamic team of promoters called Delirium Promotions and Productions. Since teaming up with the electronic music promotion and production company, DJ X-Cube has been booked in contracts featuring his talents at places such as Ravemontreal 13 and Push The Limit 3 (considered to be one of the 10 best electronic events in 2003 according to Mirror’s readers) He also was invited to spin at the Cube After-Hour’s 3rd anniversary party in Quebec City, and his presence on several occasions at the Level After-Hours was a smash. During 2003, he was a bi-monthly resident at Soho Lounge Bar and now is a monthly resident at the Velvet Club; a new reference in electronic music in Montreal in 2004. X-Cube was asked to appear in the Concordia student film Red flash where he spun amongst Montreal’s elite DJs Creator and Pink Feria. His infectious beats were also felt recently as he drove the crowds wild at the Notre-Dame After-Hours in Victoriaville, at the Cathedral (Daylight) and at the Cube After-Hours in Quebec. X-Cube's progression so far has been strong and steady classing him amongst some of the top in his league. His next goal is to produce. He will undoubtedly be among the best in the business. [b] The Brothers Timken [/b] [ Tag Team Tek Set ] After months and months of separation these two coined as the "Brothers of Destruction" will be reuniting for the grand opening of FUSION FRIDAYS and deal out MAJOR MAYHEM as they unleash their mad skills behind the dex! Tech Trance, Tech House, Techno? Who Cares! they mix em all together in a seemless tapestry of music that no one has yet to match! [b] The Coffee man vs S4 [/b] The last time these two battled it out it was solo and by the time things got sorted out everyone eas wasted beyond belief! This time things are different! they are playing at the same time and not holding back!!!! THESE TWO BLOKES PLAY HARDER THAN ANYONE whether it be trance or techno. Bring some popcorn cause this will be entertaining! [b] Mike James vs Hashek [/b] One is a legend one is the most technically skilled mixer in O-Town, Put em together and what do ya get? A crazy ass show with sick sick sick chuggy beats! They will be setting the tone for the evening! Make it out early drink hard and get tweaked! |
