| Like they say.. too much of anything can't be good for you.
Personnaly drugs did open a hidden door that I never thought existed.. they did help me go trough some fucked up periods in life but at the same time I realized that they created other problems. So it's a win-lose situation no matter what.
Right now the only substance that I do use is weed.. but much less than before.. there are other things in life that make me happier than drugs could ever achieve, that sudden rush of adrenaline when you accomplish something just can't be replaced by no other drug. |

| Drugs did let me see things through a different perspective...though when one begins to self medicate themselves because of mental issues it becomes an inhibitor of reality, and only causes self deterioration. |

| i beleive people self-medicate themselves often with mdma, especially people who are depressed. the problem that mdma is not an effective anti-depressant because you can only take it occasionaly for it to be effective. prozac basically has a similar effect to mdma, except MUCH milder so its feasible as an every day drug |

| I'm not sure if you have ever seen me on mdma, but I do not use it as an anti depressant. I actually somehow become more of an asshole, I think it is truly wonderful. |

| i think after being a drug addict for 3 years...drugs HAVE ultimately made me a better person...im able to appreciate reality, living without artifice, alot more now, after being high 24/7 , then i was before....
when happiness derives from a pill you know u have issues...and realizing that has allowed me to deal with them rather then letting fester and just become a fuk load worse..so ya drugs have made me a better person |

just for the record, i meant that *some* people self-medicate for depression with mdma, certainly not all. however i think that most of the people that heavily abuse this drug do self-medicate. |
