| It's got to do with taxes and all sorts of other stuff. Plus if they all have so much as gotten a parking ticket when they were 19 then they can be refused entry for being a known criminal. That's why ICP has never come to canada. It would cost too much money to cross the border, and then they can just get refused anyways for the slightest thing they may have done 20 years ago. |
