 Coolness: 66645 | holy shit, I went and the gazeebo was very, fun. Playing hard goa with a trumpet man, some other dude on synths, another on an electric drum, and of course all the tamtams.

is one of the most talented musicians i've ever met...you give him an instrument...he'll be playing it like a pro the next day...he plays more instruments than i can count...AND he's a sick nun-chucker... one of these days i'll bring some battle recs and my own needles and ask the dj's if i can't have a jam with the band...nothing i like more than scratching to live bands |

the guy i was talking about (Alex) was telling me that the band likes the idea of having tables there, but the fact that all the dj's just spin makes any jamming attempt impossible...he asked one of the dj's there yesterday if they could jam, but they said they couldn't scratch and just kept on mixing...and live band jamming to tech psy house trance bass whatever...doesn't go so well one day...i'll bring my crap |

i'm trying to figure out a pseudo hip-hop/jungle/dnb mix...a complete meld of the three and turntablism of coarse...but without a sick 2 turntable 2 cdj set up in my house things are going slowly...then again...MIXING isn't my strong point at all |
