| I can count the number of times i've done E in my life on one hand.. it does make you retarded but thats what drugs dooo even pot i stopped smoking pot for a couple of months 2 years ago when i was going to school and i was suprised that i could remember stuff.. it doesnt do as much damage as e but its permenent damage none the less |

| thats true, its impossible to be a non conformist theres always someone somewhere.. you could say people who are different like us "ravers", people who do their own thing and go by their own rules and do what they want when they want..you could say thats the general idea of a non conformist but even then we all try to be different from what we " arent" we try to come up with our own unique ideas and styles but you cant you'll always find someone...

| Non-conformists are people who have been dissilusioned into thinking that the group of people they are conforming to are anti-conformity. Just because you don't listen to britney spears or nsync doesn't mean you're a non-conformist. (It just means you have taste in music :P)
Non-conformity has nothing to do with a style of dress or a style of music. It's a mindset that places you apart from the rest of "established" society and established subcultures. 6-7 years ago, I dressed semi-preppy but all I listened to was rap, greenday-style "punk" and Weird Al. when I was "goth" a few years ago, I kept getting called a poser and kept getting ridiculed for liking forms of music that weren't considered "goth". Now I'm like, what, semi-candykid? Here I am, FruityLoops loaded, cranking out some agressive industrial-metal with some of the heaviest guitar riffs on the planet.
It has nothing to do with a group of people I'm trying to fit in with, be it the music I listen to or the way I dress. I do things for myself, influenced by what I want to be influenced by.

| I think I've reached the most conformist part of my life now ... and I must admit that's how I feel the better . I still sometime wear my flashy clothes , but I feel a bit too much observed . So I now stick to plain normal clothes that are brown cor-du-roy pants and brown strayed t-shirts and brown caps and brown docs ... Brown's always been one o' my fav' colors , jus dun' mix it with flashy colors .
The only thing ppl could say about my clothing is that I look gay (tight t-shirts indeed makes me look gay ... but I am so I don't care , eh !) . Which nowaday is a kind o' trend . You're not gay or bi , then yer out ! (That's not how I think , but just go take a walk in the village if you're straight and ppl are gonna look at you as if you were a total looser ... yay to equalty uh ?)
I guess conformity is good when it's a you and yourself conformity thing . Stick to your way of thinking and you'll feel complete , stick to other's way o' thinking and yeah , you'll get some respect , but you'll feel fake and such ...

| there's no such thing as a non-conformist "group of people", there is however a such thing as a non-conformist person. no matter what you do to try and avoid it you can't really help looking at someone else and thinking,"what nice clothes they have, i want it!". i've gone through many different phases of dressing but i never changed the way i dressed for my friends, the inspiration will hit me to be happy looking or dark looking or whatever. it doesn't really matter how you dress and whether you look the same as everyone else or not, it matters that you're going with your inspiration. you shouldn't care if u look the same as everyone else, then you're just worrying what other ppl will think when they see you look like evryone else, all that matters is that it feels right to you. and there is a such thing as drugs in moderation... if you taake drugs once a month, that's moderate, if u take it once a day, you're fuckt... personally i think e sucks.. not because it's bad for you i just don't like the high, but it does make ppl stupid if they take it too much, just like anything else although e has worse effects on your brain than most drugs it also does extreme damage to your nerve endings.. it's about the only drug i don't enjoy. even tho most candy kids take e, most of them are not e-tards, and a lot of them don't even like e or take e |
