 Coolness: 65905 | Most eyebrows piercing push out to the exterior. The piercing is some what close to the bone and the body seems to be designed to expel foreign objects lol. I had a typical eyebrow and a horizontal 1 inch surface done at some point, they both stayed for several years but nonetheless you could see that the piercing had migrated to the exterior, and I think this is true for most people.
You could try a 16g instead of 14g and ask the piercing not to grab too much skin (making further from the bone)... Although I am not even sure that would convince your body to enjoy the piercing. I had a friend that couldn’t keep a lip piercing, not matter what he did, it just kept pushing out. |

I thought that was the exception, not the norm. I've had my eye-brow piercing for at least a decade now, and even though it still gets dry around the hole sometimes, it's holdin' in! Same for my tongue ... Guess my body is used to metal :p But that's why I mentioned plastic jewelry -- might not be as solid, and might be 'cheap', but I assume the body wouldn't reject it so readily 'cause it isn't metallic ... is this true or false ? |
