It's not really all that dynamic.. the way the Videotron servers/modem are set up, the modem gets it's IP assigned based on the MAC of the device connected to it. That's why the 'trick' when you've been banned from a website is to unplug your modem from your router, plug it into your PC and reset the modem, then once it's connected plug it back into the router without restarting it and you've got a new IP.

Exactly. I change my MAC. you change random caracters, it seems to always work anyway (but i guess the total amount of caracters need to remain the same). I wanted to do that one day, when a guy on irc said he was going to pass my firewall, and i got 20 000 intrusion attempts in a couple of hours, btw.

Coolness: 131620	comme je disait , kuzu, si tu sais ce que tu fait , bon pour toi tu connais les implications , sit tu en abuse , le tor network est tout aussi monitoré aux end-to-end communication users. voir : CEH si tu pense que je deblate nimporte quoi. depuis les 2 dernieres annees plus de mesures on ete implanter que dans tout lhistoire de linternet , jecoute les discours au crtc , je lis les transcripts , je regarde meme la scene mondiale , et les USA on engager plus de border patrol agents qui travaille en ligne pour proteger les droits dauteurs que jamais. mais bon on capote pour rien surment que tout cest milliars nattendent pas compensation en retour . sigh Even the US government accepts this association and requires C\|EH accreditation for some jobs per 8570 guidelines.[9] [ www.eff.org ]
