Ok my current obsession with uk hardcore has gotten more specific... I'd like to track down tunes with stutter leads (all stutter even better) like "Do it Over" - Starman. I have a few others but I really dig this effect. Any suggestions?
I'm feeling in need of newness right now..

I have no idea what you mean by political boundaries, I was just pointing out a technical effect / vox manipulation. Check my example and it will become clear.

> uk < hardcore, as if only in uk they made that... quite secregating, at least when we say frenchcore it defines a language of the people , not a country delimited by weapons , you see what i mean now.

anyways . i did check out what you meant , and seriously hunt it down yourself if you dont want to collide it to the 4 sounds suggestion provided , and inform me of convergence or divergence with your initial sound.

like luna said , you sound like me on acid trying to explain a perticular bass. but ill give it a shot , try to find exactly a clone of what you first said , ill listen to the track , not just go with your definition of stutter....

(all stutter even better) <- like wat-d-fuk man =D

what is "quite secregating" ? I never said it was only made in the UK. Is frenchcore only french? I think most people know what I mean by UK hardcore. How about Happy Hardcore then? Read this: [ en.wikipedia.org ]

Stutter: when the vox are cut up and repeated in rapid succession. By ALL stutter I mean ALL the vox throughout the track instead of just bits of it. What I liked in the example I gave was the fact that there are no recognizable lyrics, the vocals are used as an abstract sound sample.

stut·ter (sttr)
intr. & tr.v. stut·tered, stut·ter·ing, stut·ters
To speak or utter with a spasmodic repetition or prolongation of sounds.
n.
The act or habit of stuttering.

okay we are talking about hardcore here , where everything is spasmodic , youd sais you want unrecon. voices and effects it would have been a thousandfold less misleading. hense me quering for more.

get on the the high horse too i dont care, know i have a selected variety of that ,

example : toltek unit 's coredivision limited 500 copies on abracadabra has just that on the record, but its not from uk . and yess its prolly made by folks that speaks something else than french too , but its frenchcore.

"stutter lead" makes me think of BT's music. Which got him into the Guinness Book of World Record for his track Somnambulist.
I'm feeling got a good feeling about this right now..

first was
labels

wrong music
this is my card

artists

sonic death rabbit
ladyscraper

but then you made a clearer statement than stutter thinking it means exactly what you looking for,

and that was my suggestion along learn to read and express yourself clearly as contrast to your stutter definition.

fuck even bad mp3 encoding is call stutter effect

btw misstress barbara used that a lot on her relentless label , and a little on the iturnem if you know witch ones are the good ones. so ill leave you here. let you hunt a lil

i can go as far as to even name a record on T.I.P that does that

It's not something that's common with Hardcore. I guess that's more the kind of thing you'll see often in glitchy electro, but let's see, maybe I can help you.

These tracks all came out during the last year or so. I suggest you check out the stuff on Essential Platinum (Dougal & Gammer's label) or Muffin Music (Gammer's label). It's all available on TrackItDown.

hope this helps!
I'm feeling motivated right now..
